Automatic appraisal order bidding
Using our custom systems appraiser's are able to get more appraisal jobs because our systems are constantly monitoring internet websites for new orders. When the orders became available our systems automatically grabbed the orders saving the appraiser hours of manually sitting in front of their computer waiting for orders to appear.
Stock information data mining
Helping day traders half way around the world our systems extracted data from different websites and complied it into an easy to read spreadsheet which to trade from. Since our systems can compile so much data so quickly this type of trading would not be possible otherwise.
Data comparison between two different medical systems
Eight employees were spending several weeks a month comparing data from two completely different medical mainframe computer systems to check for billing accuracy. Secure Solutions USA created a custom solution that performed the same tasks and generated a report with the same results. This solution enabled the employees to work on other more analytical projects while our systems performed the repetitive tasks.
Online form filling
A small business with one main office and several satellite offices located throughout the south east United States were manually taking daily field data and submitting it by hand to an online form for the main office to review. Roofing company system consolidation
A roofing company had grown so quickly that each office had it's own independent system. Since this systems were not linked together the company was spending many hours struggling to make sure all of the offices and staff were up to date.
